As civil servants, we must be facilitative rather than restrictive enabling progress, supporting innovation, and serving our people with dedication. Let’s work hard, stay focused, and uplift one another. Wishing you all a productive and fulfilling week ahead.

As Khuduthamaga Cultural Troupe, we believe that culture is the heartbeat of a free nation. Every movement we make and every costume we wear connects us to the history and resilience that led to this day.
Let’s honor our past, celebrate our present, and dance toward a brilliant future.
Keep the spirit alive!!!

Recently, I was honored to be part of President Advocate Duma Gideon Boko's delegation, where we participated at the 2nd Session of the Namibia–Botswana Bi-National Commission (BNC), co-chaired by President Advocate Duma Gideon Boko, and Namibian President Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
During the Bi-National, we signed 8 Memorandum of Understandings on Cooperation in various fields including energy resources; we further agreed on collaboration on natural resource management, beneficiation and the diamond sector.
The call to action from our Heads of States is clear; facilitate, invest, innovate and develop.

New Dawn in Selebi Phikwe
Yesterday, we had a meaningful engagement with the residents of Selebi Phikwe. A topic that continues to weigh heavily is the closure of the BCL Mine. Undoubtedly one of the most unfortunate events in our recent history.
As we chart the way forward, the launch of the Commission of Inquiry represents a critical step towards truth, justice, and accountability.
Equally important were the rich ideas you shared on economic diversification. Where feasible, these ideas will be supported to come alive and drive sustainable development. The outstanding academic performance of Phikwe schools serves as a powerful reminder that giving up is not an option.
Though broken, we shall rise. We will rebuild. In three years, transformation must be visible. Together, we must make it happen.
