PulaPlay Terms of Use

Creative Digital Lab Ltd provides a service called "PulaPlay," a content distribution and monetisation platform that allows customers to access and share videos and other media via the internet on smartphones and web-enabled devices. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms, "PulaPlay service," "our service," or "the service" refers to the platform provided by Creative Digital Lab for discovering and sharing multimedia content, including all features, functionalities, recommendations, the website, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the service.

1. Subscription Using the PulaPlay service does not require a paid subscription. However, uploading, sharing, and monetising your content is available for free to eligible users.

2. Free Uploads PulaPlay offers free usage for eligible users, determined solely by Creative Digital Lab. We may limit eligibility or duration to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to revoke free access or put an account on hold if we determine the user is not eligible. We may use device IDs or mobile numbers to assess eligibility.

3. Pro Users For enhanced features, Pro users are charged a $10 monthly subscription fee unless cancelled before the billing period ends.

4. Cancellation Users can cancel their PulaPlay subscription anytime and will retain access until the end of the billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable.

5. Price and Plan Changes We may update our pricing or subscription plans with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

6. Use of Service Users must be 18+ or under supervision to use the service. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. We grant a non-transferable right to access PulaPlay. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the service for public performances without permission.

7. Platform Usage Restrictions You agree not to tamper with content protections or use automated methods to access the service. Unlawful activity will result in termination.

8. Playback Quality Display quality may vary by device and connection. Minimum speed for SD is 0.5 Mbps. Internet costs are your responsibility.

9. Third-Party Software PulaPlay may include third-party software subject to additional terms. You agree to receive automatic updates.

10. Warranties and Liability PulaPlay is provided "as is" with no guarantee of error-free operation. We disclaim liability for special or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by Kenyan law.
