Yemen's Ansar Allah Houthi-group says it's targeted two oil tankers in the Red Sea, saying the ships were violating its naval blockade on Saudi Arabia. The incident reportedly took place about 130 kilometers off the Saudi coast. The Saudi-owned tanker Encelia caught fire, after an unknown projectile hit its bow. The United States says it's reached a nuclear cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia. The deal will potentially allow Saudi Arabia to develop civilian uranium enrichment capabilities.
